The workshop guide has been designed by Marisa and Clodagh, the creators of the Emotional Salary Barometer. Clodagh and Marisa have more than 25 years’ experience in the field of people development, training, facilitation and coaching. They have worked in and with multinational organizations in a huge range of different sectors, industries and countries. Throughout their careers they have specialised in supporting leaders and organizations to create workplaces where employees thrive, and this, together with supporting organisations in developing their people, is the primary focus in their business.
